If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your unopened or unused Non-Perishable items for a prompt refund or exchange. Please see listings below for additional terms. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
· Perishable items cannot be returned.
· Apparel items can also be returned within 30 days if they are not washed with original tags still attached.
· Used items cannot be returned for a refund.
· Items received undamaged must be returned in a re-sellable condition.
· Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
· Make sure to return the product to the address stated on the packing list enclosed with the shipment. Also, include your name, return address and order number as it appeared on the packing list.
